This Site operates as a lead generation and referral platform. We collect information from people seeking spray foam insulation services and forward that information to local, independent contractors who may be able to fulfill the request. North Bay Spray Foam Pros is not a spray foam insulation contractor. The website owner does not personally perform insulation work, does not employ the contractors, and is not an agent of any contractor. No employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship exists between the website owner and any contractor to whom a lead is referred.
3. No Warranty on Contractor Services
We make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind — express or implied — regarding the contractors to whom your information may be referred, including but not limited to:
- The quality, safety, or standard of workmanship
- Licensing, insurance, or certification status
- Pricing, estimates, or quotes provided
- Availability or timeliness of service
- Conduct, professionalism, or communications
- Compliance with Ontario Building Code or any other regulation
It is your responsibility to verify a contractor's credentials, insurance, and licensing before agreeing to any work. You are encouraged to obtain multiple quotes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario, Canada, North Bay Spray Foam Pros and the website owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of, or inability to use, this Site
- Any work performed — or not performed — by a contractor to whom your information was referred
- Any contractor's communications, conduct, or data practices
- Your reliance on any information on this Site
- Any failure to connect you with a suitable contractor
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to use the Site (which is nil, as the Site is free to use).
5. Third-Party Relationships
Any contractor contacted through this Site is an independent third party. Any agreement for insulation work — including pricing, scope, timeline, and warranties — is made directly between you and that contractor. We are not a party to that agreement and accept no liability arising from it. Any dispute regarding work performed must be resolved directly with the contractor. We encourage you to get any agreements in writing before work begins.
6. User Representations
By submitting a request through this Site, you represent and warrant that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You are legally authorized to request services at the property address provided
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You consent to being contacted by local contractors in relation to your inquiry

While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or free from errors. Service areas, pricing ranges, and other details are approximate and subject to change. Do not rely solely on information from this Site when making decisions about insulation work.
